For many, learning Reiki is a doorway into a world they always knew existed, but never had the words for.
No matter who you do it with, here’s what you usually receive in Reiki I.
- An attunement (or a few).
Your reiki master will invite your energy to open so that it can channel divine healing energy more fluidly. - The foundations of reiki.
These include a discussion of the history, the precepts, and a definition of reiki. - Invitation into a 21-day self-healing journey with Reiki.
You’ll learn how to channel Reiki and give it to yourself for 21 days. - Learning how to give Reiki to others.
+ usually an opportunity to do it with the master present. - How to stay anchored in your own energy so you don’t take on anyone else’s stuff.
Reiki I can be like the energetic instruction manual for your sensitivity you always wish you had.
It is an ideal training ground to help you:
- discern what’s yours and what’s not
- actually understand the messages your body has been sending you (and help others translate theirs)
- enhance your intuition and sensitivity in a way that is non-overwhelming
